My name is Ray Chua and I am a professional property acquisitions advisor based in Perth, Western Australia and I help property investors to find, research and negotiate high performing properties in Western Australia.
I have been in the real estate profession since 2005, a property investor since 2003, a small business owner, and was working as an Engineer prior to real estate and business, qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours.
Since 2008, I have:
- developed, tested and refined property analysis checklists,
- created a real estate filtering and ranking algorithm, and
- devised an elaborate mapping system,
all of which help me quickly identify great investment properties on the market. I’ve also built a strong network of selling agents who know me, understand I work with qualified buyers, and like me enough to tell me about property deals before they hit the open market! This along with occasional direct letters to property owners, gives me access to off-market properties too.
Throughout the years, I kept testing and tweaking my buying systems and processes – until I had developed a systematic process to property acquisition that’s proven to deliver results and the best outcome for a buyer.
